Airport Transfer Information

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND ANYONE AT THE AIRPORT?

If you have booked a transfer to your accommodation you will be met at the airport Arrivals Hall by your School, College or university representative.

If you cannot find our representative, you should go to the airport information desk and ask them announce your name, nationality and the name of the Institution or Organization in charge of your collection or, you can call the 24-hour emergency telephone number of your chosen college. This will be shown on the arrival documents we send you.

CAN SOMEONE MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT AND TAKE ME TO MY ACCOMMODATION?

Yes. We can arrange for a private driver to collect you. This service costs will depend on the airport collection point. Please contact us if you would like to book  this service. You must send us your date of arrival, flight number , time of arrival and terminal number.
